Terms and Conditions

**Terms and conditions for MyCondo AS (MyCondo.no)**

1. **Acceptance of Terms**

By booking an apartment through MyCondo AS (MyCondo.no), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and conditions herein.

2. **Orders and reservations**

Orders can be made online via our website, MyCondo.no. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

3. **Cancellation Policy**

If cancellation occurs less than 14 days before check-in, the total booking cost will be charged.

4. **Check-in and check-out** I

Check-in time is at 16:00 and check-out time is 11:00. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and incur additional charges

5. **Coating**

Only the number of people specified at the time of booking can stay in the apartment. Overcrowding may result in termination of the lease without refund.

6. **Damage and destruction**

Guests are responsible for any damage to the apartments and their contents during their stay. Costs for repair or replacement will be charged to the guest.

7. **Pets**

Unless otherwise agreed, pets are not allowed in the apartments.

8. **No smoking policy**

All apartments are non-smoking. A penalty fee of 3000 will be charged for non-compliance.

9. **Privacy Policy**

We respect the privacy of our guests. See our privacy policy for more information about how we collect, use and protect your personal data.

10. **Governing Law**

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts. MyCondo AS (MyCondo.no) reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
